Access your email accounts
The student webmail account is the primary means of communication with the University. All academic and administrative information will be sent to the student webmail account. This includes information about the programme and courses, changes to tutorial and study schedules, University news, and student announcements etc.
The O365 email account is a lifelong communication channel with the University. The email will be kept after students graduate. Other than the email, active students can also download and install the latest version of Microsoft Office to the PC/Notebook.
The OUHK Gmail account is to support teaching and learning. Students can use Apps under the Google Suite for Education, such as Google Drive, Google Classroom, etc. to support learning.
